With Milly Hawkins. Fun & practical ways to tune-in & focus our senses so we can
experience more of nature. These games & activities help re focus our awareness of
ourselves, nature, & our own heart felt connection to the natural world, the results
of which can be quietly thoughtful, & more often crazy & comical!
Bread as the ferment for creating community. The ease and practicalities of bread
making for oneself and for ones community. How baking can change your inner and outer
life.

Victoria will explore the changing relationship of children and nature and the effects
of spending time in nature. Looking into the psychological, physiological and social
effects it has on both adults and children. Victoria is a founder of the Art of
Mentoring UK movement and will give us a short over view of this at the end.

of UK oil & gas drilling, side effects, the main company involved.

8pm TALK: Navigating Community Chaos
Mike Grenville. Will transition to a low carbon
economy come about by persuading more people to go 'Green'? Looking at how real change
comes about in nature and culture, he'll describe some of the signs that major societal
change is inevitable, how change comes about in nature and society, and highlight
tools to help ourselves and communities navigate these changing times.

- 10.30 - 12.30 Hedgerow Foraging with Anna Richardson. Anna has extensive knowledge
and experience of native wild plants. Self taught research into medicines available
in the hedgerow led to a yearlong bushcraft/survival training, as well as an interest
in wild foods and other practical uses of plants.
- 11.00 Rhythm & blues & rhythm & resilience.
With Lynne Christine Ridden. Based on
our understanding and embodiment of natural rhythms and how this builds resilience.
This experiential workshop uses the arts and integrates permaculture principles.
It explores our own inner landscapes in the process, both as individuals and groups/communities.
Lynne is a chartered occupational & organisational psychologist as well as an integrative
arts psychotherapist and shamanic practitioner. - 11am Playing with words and images' for kids with Marie-Annick Jubé. During this
workshop, you will create your own visual collage and a collective word collage through
innovative and inspiring exercises. At the end of the session your creative work
will be the visual proof of your unique creativeness. You will leave this workshop
feeling invigorated, inspired and more confident in yourself.

- 2pm Spirit of Transition Philip Carr-Gomm. A writer and psychologist, Philip trained
with Ross Nichols, the founder of the Order of Bards Ovates & Druids, and has been
leading the Order for over twenty years.
